I highly recommend Thigpen they go above and beyond. My ac broke on a Saturday afternoon and not only did Glenn come after his last job working all day at 10 o’clock at night and I live 2 miles across the FL GA line in a small town nobody would come to but he fixed my air in less than an hour and didn’t charge much at all. They are truly amazing.

Holiday weekend outage. Jeremy came out and was very professional and polite. Adhered to CoVid guidelines. He was here within the timeframe he had provided, was prompt in assessing the issue and he delivered the bad news well. He also gave assurance that they would get the repair completed as quickly as they could get our part…couple days – which would have been sooner if not for the holiday. Thank you!

There is nothing worse than having AC problems on a hot, muggy weekend in Florida, but no worries, because Thigpen Heating and Air came to the rescue. My experience with this company has been nothing but superior. I have used the company several times for maintenance issues and will continue to use them for any issues in the future. Each technician has been professional and friendly, and in my opinion, this company provides the best service in the industry. Keep up the good work!
